Y10 Music- Y10 are currently working on their Component 1 coursework.
All students should rehearse their performance piece at home and ensure that they have 40 seconds of performance ready.
Stretch & Challenge; develop your work using dynamics/volume and appropriate tempos/speeds.
If you do not have an instrument at home, please watch the playalong on Musical Futures online (you already have the log on emailed out) and make sure you know which chord you change to and when. You could also rehearse with an online keyboard such as https://virtualpiano.net/ to help you learn the notes.
Y11 Music-
Everyone should check that they are happy that all written work (strengths, areas to develop, rehearsal log) is completed to target grade or higher and emailed to Mrs Ross-Shaw for the Performance unit. Please check your email.
Y11 should then revise for their upcoming Mock Music Industry exam; we expect all students to sit this exam unless otherwise notified.
Please find attached a revision booklet and workbook in case this is useful.
