Charity and Community Work

Students are given lots of opportunities to get involved in fundraising and charity work through their houses and tutor groups.

We encourage all of our students to take part in events that take place throughout the year; whether its Children in Need or Comic Relief.

We also organize lots of additional activities that involve our local community or further afield, these have previously included raising money for toilettwinning.org, so that we can twin a toilet block with a school in Nigeria to provide sanitary water conditions for the community, and collecting donations for a Ukrainian appeal to support the Good Shepherd Centre with their collections during the crisis.

Immanuel College celebrates fantastic set of A level results

Students at Immanuel College are looking forward to taking their next steps after receiving an impressive set of A Level results today.

Despite the challenges caused by the pandemic, the College, which is part of Bradford Diocesan Academies Trust, is pleased to share a year of brilliant results achieved by its students. Overall, the College achieved 92% of A Level grades at A*-C, and 100% of BTEC grades at Distinction* – Merit.

Many of the College’s students are now looking forward to progressing onto their chosen universities, exciting apprenticeships and employment at leading organisations.

While all students have done incredibly well, there are some standout individual achievements.
